Terms of Service

Provider: Vision Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "Alpha Audit")

1. Acceptance

By subscribing to or using Alpha Audit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Alpha Audit provides automated vulnerability scanning, compliance mapping, configuration drift detection, and security posture reporting for your designated infrastructure targets. Scans are performed on the schedule defined by your plan tier.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only scan infrastructure you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Using Alpha Audit to scan unauthorized targets is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods unless covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

6. Data Handling

Scan results and infrastructure metadata are stored encrypted at rest. We retain scan data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. You may request data deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alpha Audit is a security assessment tool, not a guarantee of security. We are not liable for breaches, data loss, or damages arising from vulnerabilities that our scans did not detect. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime for scan scheduling and report delivery. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance. We do not guarantee specific scan completion times.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your infrastructure data and scan results. We retain ownership of the Alpha Audit platform, scanning engine, and compliance mapping logic.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for violations of the Acceptable Use policy. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

11. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
